your loan! Your time is valuable and you’ve got
boxes to unpack. That’s why Statewide’s entire loan
process is designed to be fast and easy. That
includes lightning fast loan closings once you find
your dream home. In fact, we’ll guarantee to close
your home purchase loan in 10 days or less or we’ll
credit $250 towards your closing costs. If you don’t
need to close quite that fast, just tell us what day
you’d like. We’ll do it – guaranteed.

Price Guarantee: (a) if within the first 30 days after Statewide Bancorp, Inc. has closed
your loan, you must provide a legitimate
written guarantee, approval and disclosure
form (good faith estimate plus truth and
lending)from a competing lender evidencing the
same loan program offered, at a lower interest
rate, lock in term (same date), discount
points, monthly mortgage payments, margin,
caps per adjustment, life time cap and lender
closing costs, - all claim documentation must
be in writing and must be faxed to JR Diaz,
Vice President, at 909-494-7563. (b) This
offer applies only on the Modified Adjustable
Rate Mortgage (Option ARM) with a three year
prepayment penalty only. (c) All of the
foregoing offers are subject to you obtaining
final loan approval from Statewide Bancorp
and/or investors in accordance with our
underwriting criteria. Such approval will be
based on your provision of requested documents
during the closing process and a review of
other factors necessary to ensure that you
meet Statewide Bancorp and/or investors
underwriting criteria. Please note that
the loan-related closing costs guarantee
excludes the cost of prepaid interest, escrow
items (such as property taxes, hazard insurance,
flood or mortgage insurance), or other
third-party real estate transaction costs (such
as property surveys, home inspections, or a home
warranty).
(2) The following restrictions apply to the
Quality Service Guarantee: this offer only
applies after full and complete loan approval
and after final loan documents have been
received.
(3) Statewide is not
responsible for third-party system issues that
prevent or delay an answer to your application
(such as malfunctioning telephone systems,
computer equipment or software, network
connections, or failed, incomplete or delayed
data transmissions). To qualify for this
guarantee, you must submit accurate and complete
pre-approval or application information and be
available at the contact number you provide. Our
Home Loan Consultants will contact you within 30
minutes to review your application and request
any additional information necessary to make a
decision. This guarantee is for purchase loans
only. Maximum of $250 Service Level Guarantee
credit per loan. Upfront approval is subject to
satisfactory review of property, financial
documents, program requirements and no change in
financial condition.

For borrowers who
need more than 10 days to complete their
purchase transaction, we guarantee to close on
your requested date (Pick-A-Day Close). 10-Day
Close and Pick-A-Day Close are from receipt of
completed application and supporting documents.
Purchase loans for completed new homes require
certificate of occupancy. FHA & VA loans and
certain construction loan programs excluded. Not
responsible for sellers' or third party delays
beyond our control. This guarantee is for
purchase loans only. Maximum $250 Service Level
Guarantee credit per loan.
(5) The following restrictions apply to the
Rate Lock Protection: We will lock in your
rate during the loan process upon request for
30 days at no cost. If they were to drop
during the loan approval process you have the
option for one flout down. Once loan documents
have been ordered you can no longer use this
option.
All of the foregoing offers are subject to you
obtaining final loan approval from Statewide
Bancorp and/or investors in accordance with
our underwriting criteria. Such approval will
