DAY 1
You
call or submit an Online
Application which takes less
than 3 minutes to complete.
A Loan Consultant will call
you to go over your request.
Our Automated Underwriting
System will analise and
approve your loan within 60
seconds.
Immediately following your
Online Loan Approval,
you lock
your rate online. A $500
deposit is taken on a credit
card as an application fee
to cover the cost of your
appraisal. You receive an
instant Lock Confirmation by
email confirming the loan
program, loan amount, rate,
points or rebate and
guaranteed lender fee.
The Online Loan Approval
includes a list of required
supporting documentation
(copies of pay stubs, etc)
which you
compile and transmit to us
by fax or email.
We
order an appraisal from one
of our preferred appraisers
in your area who has
committed to a turnaround of
seven days or less.
We
order title information from
the title insurance company.

2-6
We
address any issues in your
supporting documentation or
credit report.
We
underwrite your file
in-house and approve your
loan subject to review of
appraisal and title report.
DAYS 7-9
We
receive and sign off on your
appraisal and title report.
We
email an estimated closing
statement to you to review.
We
draw loan documents and send
them to your escrow officer
or attorney (if purchase) or
a signing service near you
(if refinance).
You
sign your loan documents at
your escrow or attorney's
office (if purchase) or your
home (if refinance).

you with an estimated timeline
for your specific transaction
during their initial call to
introduce themselves upon
receipt of your application.
